Higher education is evolving faster than educators and their institutions can keep up. Rocketing tuition is forcing institutions to increase access to content, resulting in enormous classrooms -- virtual and otherwise -- where students can get lost.
The result is a learning experience lacking the substantive feedback and one-on-one mentoring students need in order to thrive. Unsurprisingly, many become disillusioned and a large percentage drop out.
Until now, one-on-one mentoring, which has been shown to produce the highest outcomes, has been neither scalable nor economically viable.

Individual learner submissions are uploaded to the Sense platform.
Sense’s AI algorithm recognizes patterns among the submissions and groups them into different solution archetypes.
The educator then gives specific feedback to each group. Each learner receives a substantive and timely assessment of their work.
Educators gain insights into learning patterns that help them assess and optimize their teaching strategies - and improve outcomes.
learners
Learners get the personal feedback, guidance and support they need to flourish. Sense helps them to understand the subject matter, achieve better grades, and graduate with better job prospects.
teaching assistants
Relieved of the tedium of grading piles of assignments and of the potential for bias, Sense frees hardworking TAs to spend more quality time with learners face to face and reduce unnecessary overheads.
educators
Educators produce better outcomes regardless of classroom size. Analytics let them assess and optimize their teaching strategies and course content, and identify social learning patterns that they can use for peer instruction and review.
administrators
Deans and provosts at schools and chief learning officers at companies bear ultimate responsibility for maintaining educational excellence while ensuring the economic sustainability of their institutions. Sense helps them achieve these twin goals, increasing revenue, increasing efficiency, improving outcomes for everyone.
Sense can seamlessly integrate with the LMS and IDE platforms you are already using in a few simple steps, using the LTI protocol.
